Our Terms & Conditions to be an investor are we ideally are looking for an investor willing to do percentage of profits paid out monthly with all incoming funds paid back till initial investment is returned on monthly basis. We also ideally are looking for silent partner unless you have some major beneficial asset. If we could find this type of investor we would be almost guaranteed to sign a contract for any length of term you deem suitable. However, if we do percentage of equity we will not be doing monthly payments and will need to follow a lot more guidelines.
