ROI - Return on Investment

In an ideal world we will find an investor/s who is willing to invest the amount we need in total in exchange we will pay back all incoming funds to the investor/s until initial investment has returned in full on a monthly basis the payments will be made. Once initial investment is returned; a percentage of incoming funds for a period of duration remaining in the contract with that percentage negotiated in the contract.
